Powertech USA is the uranium mining company we have been fighting for the last five years.  This past year, with others finally getting involved, Defenders has quietly stepped back, which is what we have done with other projects in the past.
 
I can't believe DENR did this, but I am very happy they did.  We consistently have raised the issue of the groundwater.  Thanks so much to Harold One Feather for all the work he did a few years ago when we appeared before the Board. (Photo attached)
 
So, Congratulations to everyone for their help, prayers, and donations.  Hopefully, any more plans for uranium mining in our Region will be stalled for a lot longer.
